Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your timepiece in its original Seiko presentation box, including all manuals, warranty cards, and protective films.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
